I'm here to help, let's talk

This call is a first step towards working together.

It's an opportunity for you to tell me what you need and for us to talk about the support I can offer. This gives you a chance to decide if you want to book appointments so we can work together properly.

About Sarah

I do this work because I believe in people. I see my clients transform when they believe in themselves through benefitting from a dedicated time and space to talk about who they really are.

My belief is in a multi-skilled approach. I am a qualified psychotherapist, psycho-traumatologist, executive coach, equine-facilitated practitioner, supervisor. I specialise in trauma along with sex and relationship therapy. My approach is tailored for each client.

I'm also trained in NLP, hypnotherapy, EFT tapping & Matrix Reimprinting, EMDR, plus several other trauma treatment protocols.

Questions lots of people ask me

Q:

How often will we have a session?

Weekly sessions tend to work best. Most people benefit from a weekly session, especially if they like the same appointment day and time each week.
But some folks prefer a session every two weeks.

It all depends on your schedule and budget. We can set appointments together at a regularity that suits you.

The minimum would be one session per month.

Q:

How long do sessions last?

It's your choice! The most common timing is 50 minutes. But some people prefer 60 minutes for a bit more time to talk.
For couples/relationships where there's more than one client attending at the same time, I'd recommend 90 minutes or 2 hours - depending on how much you need to say that allows us enough processing time to make progress.
